The StoneRiver approach is an ongoing synthesis that stems from a lifetimes interest in healing, anthropology and spirituality. I've been fortunate to travel, and therefore to meet and learn from various teachers and guides over the years. I am interested in the common thread that unites us all, and the possibilities for our future evolution. I recognize that our relationship with the natural world is fundamental to who we are and what we do. I have had a healing practice since 1997.

When I work, I do not focus solely on what is wrong, but rather on the qualities that are trying to emerge. Every situation and event in our lives presents an opportunity to learn and grow, as well as heal and feel better. We live in a paradox of self-importance as a tiny - yet vital - part of a universal whole that is ever changing. Finding balance and our centre in all of this is key. As we resolve one issue so another manifests. Yet, when we learn, and gently let go, true freedom awaits us all.
I feel honored and humbled to be able to work in this way. I am very grateful to be able to help others. Not a day goes by without witnessing positive change, it is so special. I offer heartfelt thanks to the ancestors, to the grandfathers and the grandmothers, to Life in all seven directions and to all…
May all beings have happiness, and the causes of happiness,
May all beings be free from sorrow, and the causes of sorrow,
May all beings never be separated from that sacred joy, which is free from sorrow,
May all beings rest in equanimity, free from attachment and hatred.
