I
have been practicing CranioSacral Therapy since 1999. I have
trained and assisted with the Milne Institute's Visionary CranioSacral Work program, both in the United States and Italy. I have also studied with the Upledger
Institute, and the Biodynamics
of Charles Ridley. I am a full
registered with the CranioSacral Therapy Association of the United Kingdom, and am a council member.
As
well as my CranioSacral Therapy
qualifications, I graduated with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree in the United States, from Life Chiropractic
College West, Hayward, California.
I have also received trainings from a number of Native American
teachers, particularly Dr Leslie Grey, of the Woodfish Institute, San
Francisco, California. I am also studying with Lama Lhakpa Yeshe in the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism.
What
I love about CranioSacral, is
how subtle and profound it is, mirroring our true inborn capacity for health
and healing. I greatly enjoy
working with people of all ages, and am fascinated by each person's life story
and experiences. I am inspired
both by my teachers, and by the masters I have met on my travels. Yet it is within the deep stillness of
Nature that I find the full heart of my practice, it is upon this strong foundation that I have built my work.
